Dima Shehab El-Din

Driven by a passion for safer, more resilient food systems.

I work as a Food Safety Consultant, Agricultural Engineer, and Certified Trainer with more than 16 years of professional experience transforming how food businesses manage safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

My expertise spans food safety management, agribusiness development, value chain optimization, and capacity building, with a strong focus on MSMEs, cooperatives, and public-sector partners.

Shaped by international collaboration, my journey includes impactful work with FAO, WFP, UNIFIL, UNCTAD, the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), and the International Labour Organization (ILO), contributing to development programs that enhance food safety standards, strengthen supply chains, and expand market access across diverse regions.
